The Process of Grief & Loss

Loss comes in many forms. I offer a listening ear and help you to move forwards again.
It can be quite the process to get out of a standstill after experiencing loss and we take all the time necessary to move through every step and emotion. In this way we gradually move through the grieving process in order to rebuild  your mental and emotional resilience.

For whom? 

Are you dealing with one of the following life events ? 

- Loss of a loved one

- Miscarriage

- Processing grief after a divorce or relationship ending

- The loss of confidence in one's own body  in case of a serious illness

- Getting used to retirement

- Mourning a dearly deceased pet
 

I also support informal caregivers of partners/children of people with dementia. Although the other person is still alive, the relationship with this person can take on such a different form that the 'loss of what it was' can rightly be called a grieving process.

As you can see there's many forms that sadness, grief and mourning take on. And all the aspects of 'letting go of what once was' can't be written down in a couple of sentences.
